Based on a county by county analysis of the vote in 2000, and where the 137,000 ballots not yet returned are located, they might break down about 76-61 Kerry.

Kerry won hands down.
Down let down for one minute.
I remember when Mondale beat Reagan 64-14.
But Reagan was elected.
This is a good start showing why our candidate is a better choice than the Repubs. But if Kerry did his part - now is the time for us to do ours. The Rove Machine will be sure to respond to this in ways that we can not even imagine. They are evil. Dont expect that winning on the merits means you win. Or else you will lose. Assume we lost the debate. Explain why Kerry is still a better choice for America. Identify a vocabulary that assumes Bush incompetence. This is the advantage that this debate has given you. WE must follow up on the advantage - immediately. Dont rest on the the victory or it will disipate overnight. Use this clear victory as motivation to reinforce the diffence  between d vs. r. Go for IT.
